Exclusive Resorts is a premier luxury residence club. Members choose from a worldwide portfolio of vacation
homes, each with the services and amenities of a luxury resort. In order to distance themselves from the sea
of sameness of other luxury vacation marketing, and tap into a new market, they needed a new approach.
Their target sweet spot was identified as the Type “E” vacationer. Highly evolved, edified, enrichment seekers,
with a strong emphasis on family. They don’t associate themselves with the outdated “Lifestyles of the Rich
and Famous” type vacation and they see so many infinity pools and so much mansion porn in other ads,
that they’ve become completely numb to it. The following campaign was built to engage them.
